The Lord Mayor of Canterbury’s Annual Christmas Visit 2025

In December, we were pleased to welcome The Lord Mayor of Canterbury, Councillor Keji Moses, The Sheriff of Canterbury, Councillor Step Jupe and the Sheriff’s Escort, Mrs Latchmi Old.  This was the annual mayoral Christmas visit to bring Christmas cheer that is always a popular event with residents and staff.

The Mayoral party were escorted around the Home by, Mrs Morton our Proprietor, Debbie our Home Manager and Lynsey our Clinical Lead.

The Lord Mayor and mayoral party said that they always enjoy their visit to The Red House and this year met 3 centenarian residents. It was a happy occasion for all and this is shown in the photographs that were taken to record the day.
